How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online via https://lmedusaesthetics.as.me/
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book your slot on all services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a rebooking fee.

What should I do to prepare for a waxing appointment?

  • Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice).

  • Avoid exfoliating the area 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Please have clean, dry skin—no lotions or oils.

Can I wear makeup or mascara to my lash appointment?

No. Please make sure to have clean lashes and no eye makeup for best results and retention.

Are there age restrictions?

Clients must be 18+, or 16+ with parental consent depending on the service.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we are committed to client satisfaction—please reach out within 24 hours if you have concerns.
