How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through:

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

How should I prepare for a waxing appointment?

For the best waxing experience:

• Avoid exfoliating the area for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy skincare products to the area on the day of your service.
• Please arrive with clean, dry skin whenever possible.
• Inform your esthetician of any medications, prescription skincare products, retinoids, recent peels, or other treatments that may increase skin sensitivity.

What is Green Sea Spicule Skin Renewal?

Green Sea Spicule Skin Renewal is a Korean-inspired resurfacing treatment that uses microscopic marine-derived spicules to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process.

The treatment is designed to help improve the appearance of uneven texture, enlarged pores, acne scarring, discoloration, dullness, and other skin concerns while supporting smoother, brighter, more refined-looking skin.

Your skin will be evaluated before treatment to determine whether Green Sea Spicule is appropriate for you.

Do I need a consultation before my facial?

A separate consultation is not required for most facial services. Your appointment includes a skin assessment so your treatment can be customized based on your current skin condition, concerns, and goals.

Certain advanced or corrective treatments may require additional screening before they are performed.

Are there age restrictions?

Clients must generally be 18 years or older to receive services independently.

Clients under 18 may be eligible for select treatments with parent or legal guardian consent, depending on the service being performed. Certain advanced treatments may have additional age requirements or restrictions.

What should I do before my facial appointment?

For best results, avoid aggressive exfoliation, facial waxing, chemical peels, or other irritating treatments immediately before your appointment.

Please inform your esthetician of any prescription skincare products, retinoids, recent cosmetic procedures, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or changes in your skin that may affect your treatment.

Whenever possible, arrive with minimal makeup so we can spend more of your appointment focusing on your skin.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of esthetic services, all service sales are final.
