A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book your slot on all services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit before rebooking.

How should I prepare for a waxing appointment?

• Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (approximately the size of a grain of rice).
• Avoid exfoliating the area 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Please arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils.

How should I prepare for a lash or appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, mascara, or skincare products around the eye area to ensure optimal results.
