L’ Medusa Esthetics is located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Services are provided by appointment only in our private luxury studio setting.

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online via https://lmedusaesthetics.as.me/
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book your slot on all services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit before rebooking.

How should I prepare for a waxing appointment?

• Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (approximately the size of a grain of rice).
• Avoid exfoliating the area 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Please arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils.

How should I prepare for a lash or brow appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes and brows free of makeup, oils, mascara, or skincare products around the eye area to ensure optimal results.

What is Green Sea Spicule Microneedling?

Green Sea Spicule Microneedling is a Korean-inspired skin resurfacing treatment that uses natural marine spicules to help stimulate collagen production, refine skin texture, improve acne scarring, and promote a radiant glow.

Are there age restrictions?

Clients must be 18 years or older, or 16+ with parental consent depending on the treatment being performed..

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
